Refund policy

Returns & Refunds 
Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not permit returns. However, customers may seek a refund or exchange if the fruits are found damaged.

Customers are requested to kindly email us at customersupport@superplum.com a photograph of the damaged consignment in order to seek a refund. that clearly shows what the damage is - the same must be done within 48 hours of the receipt of the consignment.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-5 working days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations & Modification Policy

At SuperPlum, we are committed to providing exceptional products and services. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your order. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy below:

 1. Order Modification:
* If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., change the shipping address, add or remove items), please contact us within first few hours of placing the order.
* We will make every effort to accommodate your request for order modifications within this time frame. However, we cannot guarantee changes for orders that have already been processed for shipment

 2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
*  You have the option to cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.

 3. Order Cancellation After Shipment:
* If your order has already been shipped from our warehouse, you are obligated to accept the delivery upon its arrival.
* If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return or exchange request. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for detailed instructions.
